This rewarding role involves providing essential support across various classrooms, working closely with pupils to foster their learning and development. We are looking for an individual qualified to Level 2 or 3 who can positively contribute to our engaging educational environment. The position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent opportunity, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, commencing as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to pupils, individually or in small groups, across the primary curriculum.
* Assist in the implementation of tailored learning plans for children with Special Educational Needs.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to prepare resources and deliver engaging lessons.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil independence and self-esteem.
* Support classroom management and administrative tasks as required by the teaching staff.
About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess prior experience working within a primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's educational journey is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
* You demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to diverse classroom needs.
* An understanding of various learning styles and experience with SEN support is highly valued.
