About the Role
A well-established school is seeking a dynamic PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team, offering an exciting opportunity to provide essential planning, preparation, and assessment time for colleagues across the primary phase. This varied role involves covering classes within Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, enabling you to make a significant and positive impact on the learning journey of a diverse range of pupils. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of teaching and engagement, contributing to a vibrant and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across all primary year groups.
• Ensure continuity of learning and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
• Implement school policies and procedures consistently.
• Manage classroom behaviour proactively and constructively.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the primary national curriculum.
• Show genuine enthusiasm for fostering pupil development and achievement.
• Be adaptable, reliable, and able to work effectively across different year groups.
• Committed to promoting an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
