About the Role
An innovative school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This multifaceted role offers opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement, providing crucial support to pupils across the primary phase, including those with special educational needs. You will be instrumental in fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment from an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive in-class support to primary pupils across various subjects.
* Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Implement tailored strategies to support pupils with special educational needs, both individually and in small groups.
* Encourage positive behaviour, social development, and independent learning among learners.
* Contribute to creating an organised, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Facilitate small group activities and one-to-one learning interventions effectively.

About You
* Possess proven experience working effectively with primary-aged children.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of diverse learning needs, including Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to supporting pupil development and progress.
* Hold a genuine passion for education and fostering young minds.
* Be adaptable and resilient within a dynamic and fast-paced school setting.
