Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum to diverse abilities.
• Assess student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an inspiring and relevant Maths curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching methods.
• Participate actively in school-wide activities and extracurricular programmes, enriching student experience.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Maths and inspiring young people to achieve their potential.
• Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Be an enthusiastic team player eager to contribute positively to our close-knit school community.
