Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive one-to-one and small group support to pupils experiencing PMLD, facilitating their engagement.
* Assist with all aspects of personal care, maintaining pupil dignity and promoting independence where possible.
* Plan and deliver stimulating sensory activities designed to enhance pupils' interaction and learning experiences.
* Implement tailored therapy programmes in close collaboration with specialist professionals and teaching staff.
* Accurately monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and review processes.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and highly stimulating learning environment that encourages individual growth.
