About the Role
A dynamic school in High Wycombe is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to enrich the early years experience for its youngest pupils. This fulfilling role offers the chance to make a significant daily impact on children's development, supporting their learning journey within a vibrant and nurturing environment. We are looking for an individual ready to embrace opportunities across various contract types, including long-term placements, short-term assignments, daily supply, and permanent positions, providing essential support in a thriving nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s social and emotional development through engaging activities.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of stimulating early years learning experiences.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Observe and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to senior staff.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to all safeguarding and health and safety policies.

About You
• Possess a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3).
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and best practice in early years education.
• Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
