About the Role
Join a ambitious school in the vibrant Berkshire region, seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for a long-term or permanent position starting in September, or sooner for the right candidate. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to inspire secondary pupils across all key stages, teaching a dynamic science curriculum and fostering a love for discovery in a supportive learning environment. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers, as well as those on the Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale, who are eager to contribute to our forward-thinking educational community.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to secondary pupils.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of a stimulating departmental curriculum.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess strong subject knowledge across all science disciplines, or a specific science specialism.
* Demonstrate a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
* Be committed to creating an inclusive and challenging learning environment.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider school community.
