Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting strategies as required to meet diverse needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development among young learners throughout the school day.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to monitor and assess pupil progress, offering valuable insights.
About You
• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Possess prior experience working with children within an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and overall well-being.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
• Be adaptable, patient, and proactive in a dynamic and busy classroom environment.
• Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
