About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a well-established school in Corby, making a tangible difference to young learners in a primary setting. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide vital support to pupils across various age groups, fostering an inclusive and stimulating educational environment. You will have the chance to contribute significantly to children's development, working alongside passionate educators to ensure every child thrives. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to pupils, individually or in small groups, to help them access the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging learning activities.
• Create and maintain an organised, positive, and safe learning environment for all children.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teacher.
• Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies to promote positive conduct.
• Contribute to the overall pastoral care and well-being of the pupils.

About You
• You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary school children in their educational journey.
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within a primary setting is essential.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff alike.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to your work, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
• You hold a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and are committed to pupil welfare.
• You are a collaborative team player with a positive and encouraging demeanour.
