About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement bespoke intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Conduct thorough assessments to precisely identify specific learning barriers and areas for development.
* Deliver engaging, small group, and one-to-one sessions focusing on core curriculum subjects.
* Monitor and meticulously track pupil progress, adapting strategies to ensure maximum impact.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and support staff to integrate intervention strategies into broader learning.
* Contribute to a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere where every pupil feels valued and supported.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of primary curriculum.
* Exhibit proven experience in delivering successful interventions across various primary key stages.
* Demonstrate an ability to analyse pupil data to inform and refine teaching approaches.
* Possess exceptional communication skills, building strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting pupils who require additional educational assistance.
* Bring a flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic learning environments.
