Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across various primary year groups, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil participation.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils and curriculum requirements.
• Implement effective behaviour management techniques, fostering a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate professionally with school staff, adhering to individual school policies and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement where appropriate.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
• Demonstrate recent experience teaching across the primary curriculum, ideally within different year groups.
• Exhibit a highly adaptable and resilient approach, thriving in dynamic school environments.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills, capable of maintaining discipline and focus.
• Show a genuine passion for inspiring and nurturing young learners to achieve their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, building positive professional relationships.
