This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting pupil development across various year groups. We welcome applications for a range of contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, offering excellent flexibility to suit your career aspirations. Starting as soon as possible, successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, reflecting your valuable contribution to our learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation.
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where appropriate, adapting resources as required.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, reporting observations to the teacher.
