About the Role
A highly regarded school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant primary team, offering the chance to make a profound impact on young lives. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to pupils with diverse special educational needs across various year groups, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. We are looking for passionate individuals capable of adapting their approach to meet individual pupil requirements, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts available immediately, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils facing specific learning challenges.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to monitor pupil progress and adapt interventions.
* Adapt resources and activities to meet the diverse and evolving needs of pupils.
* Encourage pupils' independence, social skills, and self-confidence within the school community.

About You
* Possess proven experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various complex and varied special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff.
* Be proactive, resilient, and adaptable in navigating the dynamic demands of a school environment.
* Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is highly desirable.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to pupil welfare and development.
