Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, adapted lessons across a general secondary curriculum.
* Support pupils with a range of complex learning needs, fostering their academic and personal development.
* Manage small group classroom environments, ensuring a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
* Assess pupil progress comprehensively and provide constructive feedback for growth.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised learning plans.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and multi-disciplinary support teams.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong commitment to education.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with pupils who have special educational needs, ideally within a secondary phase.
* Possess a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex learning needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and proactive in addressing diverse educational challenges.
