About the Role

A progressive school is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to provide crucial support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role offers the opportunity to make a profound difference by addressing learning gaps and empowering pupils to thrive academically, ensuring every child has the chance to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver targeted intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Monitor and rigorously assess pupil progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and leadership to ensure cohesive support.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
• Create an inspiring, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback on pupil development to relevant stakeholders.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Possess proven experience delivering effective interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills for accurate assessment, planning, and progress tracking.
• Show adaptability and resilience when working in a dynamic educational setting.
• Communicate effectively and warmly with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
