About the Role
Join a thriving school in Hemel Hempstead seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to provide crucial support to primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs. This challenging yet incredibly rewarding opportunity involves working 1:1 and in small groups with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), addressing conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. We are open to various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidates, offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement personalised learning strategies to meet the diverse needs outlined in pupil EHCPs.
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Effectively manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, promoting emotional regulation and self-esteem.
