About the Role

This varied role offers flexible contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, all starting as soon as possible. You will play a crucial part in fostering an accessible and supportive learning environment, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110 available.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs in both one-to-one and small group settings.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Help foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and academic skills throughout the primary phase.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil support.

About You
• Possess previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary school environment.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support, or a demonstrable understanding of various needs.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and resilience when facing diverse classroom challenges.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
