Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, engaging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
* Contribute actively to departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Monitor student well-being, liaising with colleagues and parents as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and behaviour.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for Maths.
* You are an enthusiastic educator with the ability to inspire and motivate young people.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and foster a respectful learning environment.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and achieve shared goals.
* You are welcome to apply whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), or at MPS or UPS level.
