About the Role
A respected school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing primary team. This vital role involves supporting the youngest learners in their crucial early years development, fostering a positive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will play a key part in facilitating engaging activities, assisting with classroom management, and contributing to the overall well-being and progress of pupils as they embark on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
• Observe and record pupil progress, feeding back effectively to the class teacher.
• Support children's personal care needs and promote their independence and social development.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance pupil outcomes.

About You
• Possess relevant experience working with young children in an educational setting, ideally EYFS.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Hold strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with children and adults.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Have a clear understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to pupil welfare.
• Exhibit patience, creativity, and a positive approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
