About the Role
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant eager to make a profound difference in a primary setting? A ambitious school is seeking a dedicated individual to join their specialist SEN primary team, commencing immediately. This rewarding role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), working both 1:1 and within small groups. You will empower children with complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, fostering their development and achieving their full potential. Opportunities exist for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to primary pupils with complex learning needs.
* Implement personalised learning strategies for children with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Assist in the development and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.
* Support pupils in developing essential life skills and promoting their independence.

About You
* You possess a proven track record of supporting primary-aged children with diverse special educational needs.
* You have direct experience working with conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* You demonstrate a deep understanding of EHCPs and their practical implementation in a school setting.
* You are a patient, empathetic, and resilient individual committed to making a tangible difference.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* You hold relevant qualifications or professional development in special educational needs support.
