About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to enrich its vibrant early years setting. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily learning journey and holistic development of young children within a nurturing private day nursery environment. This opportunity offers immediate starts and flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, and daily supply, alongside permanent possibilities for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to seamlessly integrate into our supportive team, contributing positively to every child's experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support for children aged 0-5, fostering their personal and educational development.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth.
* Support children with their daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, and personal care.
* Build positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues, promoting a cohesive community.
* Observe and contribute to children's developmental records, ensuring their progress is accurately documented.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and their families.
* Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and adaptable approach enables you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* You are deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic are evident in your professional conduct.
