This vital role involves supporting learners across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering targeted interventions designed to strengthen foundational skills and boost academic achievement. We are looking for a professional who can commit to a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement. A competitive daily rate of £150 - £180 is offered, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver targeted intervention programmes for individuals and small groups across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, adapting strategies to meet evolving learning needs effectively.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to identify specific learning gaps and integrate intervention strategies.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels empowered to succeed.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and intervention impact, reporting on progress to relevant stakeholders.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practice and innovative teaching methods across the school.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum across all key stages.
* Demonstrate proven experience in delivering effective interventions that accelerate pupil learning and close attainment gaps.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents alike.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting every child's educational journey and unlocking their full potential.
* Be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to various classroom dynamics and individual learning styles.
