About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons effectively across various secondary subjects.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment through effective classroom management.
• Ensure all students remain on task and are supported in their learning during your presence.
• Adhere diligently to each school's individual policies and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students where appropriate, fostering their academic growth.
• Uphold the high standards of professional conduct expected within the education sector.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification valid in the UK.
• Demonstrate recent experience teaching within a secondary school setting.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility to thrive in varied educational environments.
• Hold strong, proactive classroom management skills that promote student engagement.
• Show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering academic achievement.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of quickly building rapport with students and staff.
