An inclusive school is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join their vibrant team, making a significant impact on pupil achievement. This pivotal role involves planning and delivering targeted support across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 to enhance pupil progress. We welcome applications for various contract lengths, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate, offering a daily rate between £150 and £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver effective intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs across primary phases.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies to maximise learning outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and leadership to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning.
* Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues regarding progress and next steps.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of intervention sessions and pupil attainment.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary setting.
* You have a proven track record of delivering successful interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* A strong understanding of the primary national curriculum and assessment frameworks is essential.
* You are passionate about nurturing every child's potential and overcoming learning barriers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
