We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide essential classroom cover, ensuring continuity of learning for our secondary students. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent possibilities, with an immediate start available. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment across various subjects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise secondary school classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and focused atmosphere.
* Ensure students engage with the pre-set work, providing clear instructions and support.
* Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and orderly environment.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding student progress or any concerns.
* Build positive rapport with students, encouraging their active participation in learning.

* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with students and staff.
