* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil support.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible to teach in the UK (ECTs, MPS, UPS welcome).
* Possess demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children presenting with SEMH needs.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport.
* Be adept at developing and delivering creative, differentiated lessons.
