Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver imaginative, age-appropriate learning experiences across all EYFS areas.
• Continuously assess and track children's developmental progress, tailoring pedagogical approaches to individual needs.
• Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to active exploration.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative community.
• Uphold and consistently apply all safeguarding and child welfare policies and procedures.
• Engage proactively with wider school initiatives, contributing to the establishment's continuous improvement.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate recent, relevant experience in an EYFS setting.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its creative implementation.
