Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement and review Education, Health and Care Plans effectively to promote academic and personal growth.
* Cultivate a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment where all pupils feel valued.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants and therapists, to ensure holistic pupil support.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, providing regular feedback and adapting strategies as necessary.
* Maintain open and constructive communication with parents and carers regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for SEN primary education.
* Demonstrate proven experience or a strong desire to work with pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent understanding of curriculum differentiation and personalised learning approaches.
* Show outstanding communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* Are resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals at MPS/UPS.
