Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where all children feel valued.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to the class teacher.
• Manage classroom resources and help maintain a tidy and organised learning space.
About You
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and supporting children's development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
• Exhibit strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to your work.
• Have experience supporting children with diverse learning needs, ideally within a primary school setting.
