About the Role
Join a progressive school in the vibrant West Midlands, where we are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to facilitate an uninterrupted and positive learning experience for our secondary school students. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact on student engagement and progress across various subjects, offering flexible contract options from daily supply to long-term or even permanent positions starting as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure students remain focused and productive on pre-set work during teacher absence.
* Provide appropriate support and guidance to students, addressing immediate questions or concerns.
* Report any student welfare or behavioural issues to the relevant staff members promptly.
* Uphold the school's high standards and policies, including all safeguarding procedures.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive educational environment for all learners.

About You
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students and staff.
* Demonstrate excellent behaviour management techniques and a confident classroom presence.
* Exhibit adaptability and resilience, thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
* Show a proactive approach to supporting student learning and maintaining an organised environment.
* Hold prior experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school context.
* Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning experience for all pupils.
