Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils with their learning across various curriculum areas.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging classroom resources and activities.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support, adapting to individual learning needs.
• Contribute to the observation and assessment of pupil progress and development.
• Maintain effective communication with teachers regarding pupil behaviour and achievements.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold relevant experience working in a primary school setting.
