Key Responsibilities
• Delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across all secondary key stages.
• Planning and preparing high-quality, differentiated schemes of work that meet curriculum objectives.
• Assessing pupil progress effectively and providing constructive, timely feedback to support learning.
• Contributing actively to the development and enhancement of the Maths curriculum and departmental resources.
• Collaborating positively with colleagues to share best practice and foster a supportive team environment.
• Participating in extra-curricular activities that enrich pupil learning experiences and promote mathematical thinking.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Maths and the ability to convey its relevance and excitement to pupils.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling career, or an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth within the teaching profession.
• Have a collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute positively to wider school life and community.
