We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a progressive school, offering a variety of contract options including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent role for the right candidate. This is an immediate start opportunity, providing essential support across the secondary phase. This role provides an excellent daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your valuable contribution to the school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities to diverse secondary classes.
* Implement the school’s behaviour policy consistently to maintain a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
* Encourage student engagement and participation during independent and group tasks.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care throughout the school day.
* Provide clear and concise feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and any issues encountered.
* Administer necessary classroom resources and manage student attendance records accurately.
