Key Responsibilities
* Supervise secondary school classes across various subjects during planned or unplanned teacher absences.
* Distribute pre-prepared work and ensure pupils are actively engaged in their learning tasks.
* Implement the school's behaviour policy consistently to maintain a productive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and encouraged.
* Respond to pupil queries and provide appropriate guidance to facilitate their understanding of the assigned work.
* Report any notable pupil achievements, concerns, or incidents to the relevant teaching staff or leadership.
About You
* You possess prior experience working with young people, preferably within a secondary school setting.
* Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect effectively with pupils and staff.
