Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and effective French and Spanish lessons to pupils across all secondary key stages.
* Plan, prepare, and adapt schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
* Cultivate a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Modern Foreign Languages curriculum and departmental resources.
* Engage in the wider life of the school, upholding its values and supporting extra-curricular activities.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess expertise in teaching both French and Spanish.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to inspire and motivate secondary-aged students in language acquisition.
* Possess excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills in French and Spanish.
* Exhibit strong classroom management and organisational abilities, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
