Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment.
• Nurture positive relationships with children, promoting their well-being and confidence.
• Facilitate small group activities and provide targeted one-to-one support.
• Prepare and organise resources to enhance engaging classroom experiences.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to assessment records.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Demonstrate experience working with young children in a primary school setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, building rapport with children and colleagues.
• Show initiative and adaptability within a busy educational environment.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or teaching assistance.
• Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
