About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated school in Telford, supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive learning environment, empowering pupils to achieve their full potential and experience success every day.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with special educational needs.
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and learning strategies.
• Adapt learning resources and activities to meet diverse pupil requirements.
• Encourage and promote pupil independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher.

About You
• Possess previous experience supporting children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and pupil development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships.
• Be adaptable, patient, and resilient, thriving in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training related to supporting pupils with SEN.
• Show initiative and a proactive approach to enhancing learning experiences.
