Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of engaging early years curriculum activities, ensuring all children participate fully.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of a stimulating, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and strong social development among children through consistent guidance.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher to observe and accurately record pupil progress and achievements.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, fostering independence and confidence.
• Contribute to the overall well-being and personal growth of every child within the early years setting.

About You
• A genuine passion for working with early years children and their holistic development.
• Prior experience in an early years setting is highly desirable, demonstrating practical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
• Commitment to promoting a supportive and inclusive educational experience for all pupils.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and a steadfast dedication to pupil welfare.
