You will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and effective learning environment, facilitating social communication, managing sensory needs, and supporting curriculum access for students requiring specialised assistance. This dynamic position offers various contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent arrangements, starting as soon as possible with a daily rate between £90 and £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored support to secondary students with autism spectrum disorder, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Implement strategies to enhance social communication skills, encouraging positive interactions amongst peers.
* Proactively manage and address sensory needs, ensuring a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere.
