Key Responsibilities
* Implement structured routines and visual aids to support pupils' understanding and engagement.
* Provide tailored sensory strategies to create a calm and conducive learning environment.
* Facilitate effective communication using various methods appropriate for individual pupil needs.
* Assist primary pupils with their learning across a range of subjects, adapting approaches as required.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development, fostering positive interactions.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to monitor pupil progress and adapt support plans.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary pupils with Special Educational Needs, particularly autism.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum in an educational setting.
