Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging, play-based activities.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
• Assist with daily routines, personal care, and educational play sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with nursery staff and the wider school team.
• Maintain clear and positive communication with parents and carers regarding their child’s day.
• Observe and report on children’s progress and developmental milestones.
About You
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic growth.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, colleagues, and families.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
• Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) would be advantageous.
