Key Responsibilities

* Successfully implement Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and strategies.
* Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
* Liaise effectively with class teachers, parents, and external therapists.
* Observe and record the pupil's progress, contributing to regular reviews.
