About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school community. In this essential role, you will provide tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a specialist primary setting. You will work closely with children who have complex learning needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties, fostering their progress both 1:1 and in small group settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement individualised learning plans and EHCP targets effectively.
* Provide targeted 1:1 support to pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Facilitate small group activities, promoting engagement and development.
* Assist pupils in managing their emotions and developing social communication skills.
* Collaborate positively with class teachers and external therapists to ensure holistic support.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all children.
