Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate dynamic and engaging learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering their natural curiosity.
* Provide targeted, individualised support to pupils, expertly adapting activities to meet their diverse developmental needs and learning styles.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver innovative educational activities that enrich the curriculum.
* Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Systematically observe and accurately assess children's progress, providing valuable insights to inform future teaching strategies.
* Support children with personal care routines, promoting independence and ensuring their well-being with sensitivity.
