This vital role involves providing essential support to primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, fostering their development within a nurturing educational environment. You will be instrumental in delivering personalised care and engaging learning experiences, ensuring every child can thrive and progress. Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
* Assist with personal care routines, maintaining dignity and respect for all children.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance learning and development.
* Collaborate with therapists and class teachers to implement individualised therapy programmes.
* Support pupils' communication and social interaction, promoting inclusion.
* Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within an SEN environment, ideally with PMLD.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Show a proactive and resilient approach to challenges, maintaining a positive attitude.
* Committed to professional development and continuous learning within the field of SEN.
