About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant Science degree.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for science and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to students.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to embark on a fulfilling career, or an experienced practitioner (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student well-being.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
• Show a proactive approach to professional development and a desire for continuous improvement.
