Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons to primary pupils across various age groups.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to new school policies, procedures, and curriculum requirements.
• Assess pupil progress informally, providing constructive feedback as appropriate.
• Collaborate positively with existing teaching staff and support teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
• Possess proven experience working with primary-aged children in diverse classroom settings.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when facing new challenges.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering curiosity and learning in young minds.
• Be highly organised and proactive, able to manage your schedule effectively.
