Key Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke, person-centred support to primary pupils with PMLD.
* Assist pupils with their personal care requirements in a dignified manner.
* Plan and deliver engaging sensory activities to stimulate development.
* Diligently implement individualised therapy and learning programmes as directed.
* Contribute actively to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to achieve pupil goals.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* You are a compassionate individual with a genuine commitment to pupil well-being.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
* You are patient, resilient, and proactive in your approach to challenges.
* You hold a relevant Level 2/3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning, or equivalent practical experience.
