• Contribute effectively to the management of pupil behaviour and well-being.
• Prepare and organise learning resources to enhance instruction and engagement.

• Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils and staff.
• Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support and challenges.
• Be an enthusiastic team player committed to collaborative working practices.
• Hold relevant experience working with children in a primary educational setting.
• Show a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
