Join a progressive primary school in the vibrant West Midlands as a versatile PPA Teacher. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, supporting colleagues and enriching pupil learning. We are open to various contract types, from short-term and daily supply to long-term or even a permanent position, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Provide effective PPA cover, ensuring curriculum continuity for all pupils.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for every child.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and wider school colleagues.
* Implement pre-planned lessons and adapt resources as required to meet diverse needs.
* Assess pupil progress informally to support ongoing development and provide feedback.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Possess a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons across the primary phase.
* Demonstrate excellent adaptability and versatility in teaching different year groups.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a nurturing approach to pupil welfare.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering children's development and lifelong learning.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents to build strong relationships.
